AKC Agility Course Test Event
The Agility Course Test (ACT) is an entry level titling event designed to introduce beginner agility dogs & handlers to the fun world of competing in AKC dog agility
We are THRILLED to be able to support both our students getting prepared for competition as well as our long-time student Julie Strauss in her journey to becoming an AKC judge!

- Take a photo of your form and email it to [email protected]
- Pay online here
- Bring your filled-out form to the show
NOTE: Email entry deadline is Friday at 6pm
We will offer day-of entries if we don’t fill (100 runs total). If we HAVE filled, we will post that info here by Friday 4/24 at 8pm.
Show Schedule
- 9:00 – 9:30 am : Day-of Entries accepted (space permitting). No Day-of entries accepted after 9:30am
- Credit card payment through our system only. No checks or cash.
- 9:45 am – Briefing then Course walkthrough will begin
- 10:00 am – Runs will begin

Event & ACT Participation rules:
- Dogs that are at least 15 months old and have not yet earned an AKC agility title are eligible to participate in ACT events. Dogs that are not yet registered with AKC can still participate. A temporary ACT registration number will be created automatically with result submission.
- Handlers can choose to run any ACT class, and a title on ACT 1 or ACT-J 1 is not required to enter ACT 2 classes.
- You may run at any AKC height in ACT. No official measurement is required.
- The dog must be in good health up to date on vaccinations to participate. Dogs in heat are not allowed to participate in the ACT event.
- FEO runs (with a toy) are permittted. No food in the ring.
